Hi, I'm Huyen
Our work (and this site) is devoted to sharing ideas, tools and resources that will help you automate, grow and scale your practice.
Every year, around October month, we eagerly anticipate the ASAPS Conference, where we get the chance to connect with plastic surgeons and industry partners in the aesthetics industry. It's an event we cherish, and this year was no exception.
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we missed the physical event in 2020 and 2021 and had a virtual experience in 2022. However, 2022 saw us having a blast at the Chadstone Conference Centre in Melbourne. (Check out the highlights from last year's event here.
But hold on to your seats because in 2023, the stage was set at the newly opened 5-star Langham Hotel. OMD made a decision that added an extra layer of excitement to this event – we sent the newest members of our Sydney office to ASAPS, marking their first-ever experience at the industry's signature event. It was a blend of work and play, and we couldn't wait to dive in.
At ASAPS, OMD brought a treasure trove of offerings for the conference attendees:
- An updated version of our globally acclaimed book for cosmetic and plastic surgeons, called "Fully Booked" (Explore it here [link to the book landing page]).
- Our signature webinar automated funnel online course.
- Many stress balls as delightful freebies.
- Complimentary non-alcoholic cocktails and chocolates to sweeten the conference experience for all delegates.
As the OMD team set foot at the conference, we were thrilled to spot familiar faces – some of whom have been our cherished clients for years, while others were delegates we'd encountered at previous annual meetings or discovered through their websites, which we've checked countless times before.

Beyond the professional interactions, ASAPS proved to be a fantastic opportunity for team bonding and getting to know one another better. Travelling together added an extra layer of camaraderie to our already tight-knit team.

We can't wait to see what next year's event in Brisbane has in store for us, and we look forward to sharing more thrilling experiences with you all. Stay tuned!
