My dear OMD team members,

As we gather together at this special time of year, when we pause for a moment from the busyness of life and reconnect as a team, I want to take this opportunity to speak from the heart - and to thank each and every one of you for making OMD what it is today.

Every December, I take a moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved… and 2025 has been a year that reminds me how strong, united, and resilient our team truly is.

⭐ A Decade of Loyalty - Our Greatest Achievement

One of the things I’m most proud of is our ability to retain remarkable people for nearly a decade.

Florian has passed the 10-year mark and continues to be an irreplaceable foundation within OMD.

And looking ahead to 2026, we will be celebrating two more extraordinary milestones:

• Cyrel - 10 years in April
  
• Levie - 10 years in July
  

Immediately following them:

• Cindy - 9 years
  
• Steve & Mon - 8 years
  
• Sergiu - 7 years
  

To each of you: thank you.

Thank you for staying, for believing in our mission, and for choosing to invest a significant part of your life and career in OMD. Loyalty like this is rare - and deeply appreciated.

⭐ Our Rising Stars

I also want to extend a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to our newer team members - Ben and Nebojsa.

Even though you’ve only been with us a short time, the positive changes you’ve contributed to client performance have not gone unnoticed. You brought new energy and new ideas, and you’ve integrated beautifully into the team.

I honestly believe you both will be strong contenders for “OMD Player of the Year 2026.”

⭐ A Year of Personal Connection

2025 has been special because I finally had the chance to meet some of our team members in person. Seeing Sergiu for the first time after six years of working together was an absolute highlight!

We also had wonderful moments with Valentina and other previous Serbian team members. We didn’t get to see Dusan this trip, but with our growth in Serbia, I’m sure we’ll see you soon.

I’m also incredibly excited to meet Michelle and Nikki in person very soon - something I’ve been looking forward to.

⭐ Celebrating Long-Term Clients

Despite some premature departures - which is natural in agency life - we have retained incredible long-term clients who continue to trust us deeply. In 2026, three clients will also reach their 10-year anniversary with OMD:

2025 has also been the year we expanded into new territories:

• Thailand

And I see 2026 bringing even more global growth — further into Europe, North America, and South America.

OMD is becoming a global force in medical marketing - and that is because of you.

A strong, reliable, highly skilled group - Steve, Michael, Ben, and Martina - your leadership and communication have set a high standard.

Operations

Led by our “Iron Lady,” Louise, who has brought organisation, structure, and calm to our processes.

Client onboarding, staff onboarding, training, efficiency - everything is smoother because of you.

Thank you for building the foundation we need for aggressive growth.

Finance & Collections

Mark and Levie - thank you for strengthening our financial backbone and ensuring payments are collected on time.

Web Development

To Sergiu, Florian, Kate, and Nikki - thank you for delivering world-class websites and leading the way with automation and AI.

Your work directly shapes how our clients are seen online - and you do it brilliantly.

AI Innovation

This year, we also became the only agency to launch an AI-powered AHPRA Checker Tool, with nearly 600 clinics using it.

Huge thanks to Jorge and Steve for leading this project - it’s a massive achievement for OMD.

⭐ Looking Ahead to 2026

Next year, we will see:

• a stronger, more skilled team
• refined workflows
• higher efficiency
• reduced wasted hours
• global expansion
• and clients who are aligned with our values

I will continue dedicating myself to finding the best global talent to elevate our performance to a world-class level.

And just as importantly, I will ensure we bring on clients who respect our work, collaborate with us, and enable us  together  to build incredibly successful campaigns.
