CHALLENGE
arthritisCARE is a team of four Rheumatologists that has over 40 years combined experience in expertly caring for people experiencing the discomfort of diseases of the joints, muscles and bones. Besides having their main clinic website that OMD built in the past, arthritisCARE was looking to build an additional website to capitalize on their newly owned domain Rheumatology.com.au. So for a second time, arthritisCARE turned to OMD for help. One of the main objectives for this satellite website was to address General Practitioners that could potentially refer new patients to the clinic.
SOLUTION
Using the already acquired knowledge about the clinic and its target market OMD has designed a high-converting website addressing both potential patients and referring doctors. OMD performed the following:
- Created and implemented a functional, highly engaging website that builds trust and drives new patients quickly, easily and efficiently.
- Wrote compelling copy that highlights key benefits, engages with visitors and is optimized for search.
- Conducted an SEO audit, competitive review and keyword research to build a cohesive SEO plan that ensures patients find the website in search engines.
- Made sure the website was “responsive” so all onsite content, images, and functionalities fit properly on the type of device the visitor is using: computer, laptop, tablet or mobile.
